Volodymyr Balukh has been transferred to indefinite spot. Russian-occupational authorities have not informed his relatives or the lawyers for the Kremlin prisoner about his whereabouts for more than two weeks, Crimean Human Rights Group reported.
According to his wife Natalya, the political prisoner was left without warm clothes, because, on the eve of his transfer to the Simferopol detention center, prison’s workers did not allow her to see her husband. She was bringing him food and clothes.
“He has problems with his stomach; his body is weakened by long starvation. I don’t know what he eats, and whether he eats on earth,” Natalya Balukh said.
On March 1, it was known that a Ukrainian political prisoner was being taken to a colony in Tver. But which prisoner has not been made public. There are also no public comments from the Federal Security Service of Russia regarding the conditions of the detention of Volodymyr Balukh.
On February 18 he was transferred from the occupied Crimea. On February 21, Balukh was taken out of the Krasnodar detention center late at night and no other information has been released.
