No systemic irregularities have been recorded during the voting in Ukraine’s presidential election, Secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Natalia Bernatska has said, Ukrinform reported.
“No systemic violations have been recorded during the voting. There are isolated cases but they are typical for any vote during any election campaign,” she said.
Bernatska said there were cases where voters took photos of their ballot papers, but, in general, she added, the election is being held in “standard mode.”
