According to the document, access to the information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities may be closed in three cases: if foreign sanctions are imposed on a company; if a company is authorized by a bank to fulfill state defense orders; if a company is located, operates or is registered in Crimea.
In particular, the information on branches and representative offices of a legal entity in the annexed Crimea, as well as data on co-owners, company managers and licenses of the company, can be classified.
