Dayana Yastremska Is The Second Youngest WTA Winner This Year

The 18-year-old Ukrainian tennis player, Dayana Yastremska, is the second youngest WTA winner in 2018, BTU reports.

Yastremska, won the tournament in Hong Kong when she was 18 years, four months and 26 days old.

Olga Danilovic from Serbia is the youngest winner this year. She won the tournament in Moscow when she was 17 years, six months and 30 days old. The final between Danilovic and the Russian Anastasia Potapova featured two of the youngest players in the last 13 years.

Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus is third and fourth on the list. She won the competition in New Haven in the United States at the age of 20 years, three months and 18 days. She also won the Wuhan Open at the age of 20 years, four months and 22 days.

The current U.S. Open champion, Naomi Osaka, takes the fifth spot. Osaka won Indian Wells earlier this year at 20 years, four months and 23 days.
