Extreme Fire Danger in Seven Regions of Ukraine
Residents should be extra cautious and alert

Seven regions in Ukraine are currently at an extreme level of fire hazard.
The State Emergency Service reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center’s forecasts, reports Ukrinform.
“Today, August 12, extreme (Class 5) level of fire hazard is expected in Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Vinnytsa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy, Poltava and Kharkiv regions,” the report reads.
Residents in those regions are advised to use extra caution with any open flames and to be aware of the danger. Visible smoke or fire should be reported to the authorities immediately.
