The introduction of martial law in Ukraine has not affected the state budget revenues, according to the Finance Ministry.

On Nov. 26, 27 and 28, the general fund of the state budget received 1.6 billion hryvnias, 1.7 billion hryvnias and 1.34 billion hryvnias of customs payments respectively.

“The decrease in the amount of revenues on Nov. 28 compared to the previous day is a feature of the receipt of customs payments during the week: peak revenues from Monday to Tuesday, falling from Wednesday to Friday, and is in no way related to the introduction of martial law, “the deputy minister of finance, Serhiy Verlanov said.

Tax payments for Nov. 26, 27 and 28 amounted to 2.2 billion hryvnias, 2 billion hryvnias and 3 billion hryvnias at the average daily fee of 2.4 billion hryvnias in November.

The country will exceed the target figure of the national budget’s general fund by the end of November, the ministry said.
