The polling station in Canberra, Australia was the first to complete the vote in the snap elections for Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada.
Fifty-seven people took part in the elections to the Ukrainian parliament. That’s 4 percent of all registered voters, the Embassy of Ukraine in Australia wrote on Facebook.
The Australian polling station opened at 1 a.m. Kyiv time. All polling stations for today’s vote for parliament are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in their local times.
