The busses will be used on the Plzeň-Odesa route
On December 11, 2019, the European low-cost intercity bus service FlixBus launched the first branded route in Ukraine. The bus travels between the southern port city of Odesa, Ukraine to the Czech city of Plzeň, FlixBus Ukraine wrote on Twitter.
The company has developed a special Ukrainian design for the buses. The front is painted in the traditional green of the carrier. The back has a background in the colors of the Ukrainian flag, with depictions of the monuments of Duke Richelieu (Odesa), the founders of Kyiv, the church of St. Elizabeth (Lviv), Lviv Opera House, Chernivtsi University, Hotel “Ukraine” in Dnipro, Fortresses of Khotyn, and Kamiyanets-Podilsky, all of which are travel locations popular among international tourists in Ukraine.
The operator plans routes from five other regional centers of Ukraine: Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Rivne, and Uzhhorod. The company plans to launch 43 routes from Ukraine to Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria and Germany.
