Foreign Investments in Mykolaiv Region Reach $223M

Between January and September 2018, Mykolaiv region received $223 million worth of foreign investments, according to the data provided by the main statistics department in the region. Ukrinform reports.
The main countries, accounting for nearly 90 percent of the investments are Cyprus with $112.9 million, the Netherlands with $48 million, Singapore with $27 million, and Belgium with $10.9 million.
The largest foreign investments have been made into industrial enterprises, which is 41.3 percent of the total volume of direct investments. Transport, warehousing, postal and courier activities account for 36.5 percent.
