Four Ukrainian Soldiers Killed, 10 Wounded Over Past 24 Hours
The losses of the attacking Russian hybrid forces are still being verified
Over the past 24 hours, four Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 10 were wounded by Russian hybrid military forces’ shelling.
Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and two were wounded in on Thursday when Russia’s hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian army positions 16 times.
“According to intelligence reports, one occupier was killed,” Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation wrote in a Facebook post today at 7 a.m.
On Thursday, Russian hybrid forces fired at Ukrainian soldiers with 120 mm mortars, weapons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, anti-tank missile systems, grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns, sniper rifles, and small arms near the town of Maryinka, as well as near the villages of Opytne, Pavlopil, Vodiane, Chermalyk, and Mayorsk.
Since midnight today, two more Ukrainian soldiers were killed and another eight were wounded as a result of shelling.
“Since Friday midnight, Russian-led forces have attacked Ukrainian positions seven times – near the villages of Pavlopil, Hnutove, Novoluhanske, Travneve, and Zaitseve, using 122 mm artillery systems, 120 mm mortars, weapons installed on infantry fighting vehicles, automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms,” the Joint Forces wrote.
Information on enemy losses today is still being verified, the Ukrainian military reported.
