Honorary Ukrainian Consulate Opened in Hungary
The Consulate will be in charge of three areas: Zal, Veszprem, and Somod

On Wednesday, the Ukrainian Consulate started to work in the Hungarian city of Siofok.
“This is a pleasant and important event in the development of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations. The Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in the city of Siofok was opened. In its competence will be areas of the Zal, Veszprem, and Somod’,” the Ambassador of Ukraine to Hungary Lyubov Nepop wrote on her Facebook.
The Hungarian Economic Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister were present for the occasion.
The Honorary Consulate is headed by entrepreneur and philanthropist Zoltan Horvath, who earlier helped with Donbas war veterans rehabilitation, Ukrinform reported.
“Hungary will continue to support the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” Nepop said.
