Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky acknowledged the possibility of granting amnesty to members of illegal formations who did not kill Ukrainians.

However, this could happen only after the withdrawal of troops from Donbas, he said.

“When after the Normandy (format meeting) we see that we really have an opportunity, if troops, illegal formations are withdrawn, if we really have security on the territory, if we have an opportunity to hold elections, we will talk about amnesty. Amnesty for people who have no blood on their hands,” Zelensky said speaking on a TV program Friday evening (Dec. 6), the president’s press center stated.
