Poland Reiterates Opposition to Nord Stream 2
Polish Foreign Affairs Minister Jacek Czaputowicz brought the issue up with the Sejm, Poland's parliament
Today, Polish Foreign Affairs Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said one of Europe’s top priorities should be energy security, which he said is only can possible it’s not dependent on Russia for its gas supply.
“We consistently oppose the Nord Stream 2 project and support the critical position of the European Commission on this issue,” he said during a Sejm session, Radio Poland reports.
Czaputowicz annually addresses the Polish Parliament, presenting Poland’s foreign policy priorities.
