Ukraine has fulfilled all the obligations of the Normandy Four leaders’ summit – Reznikov

Ukraine has fulfilled all the obligations of the Normandy format, which were agreed by leaders of the 4 countries in 2019. At the same time, NATO understands that Moscow is a full-fledged participant in the hostilities in Donbas. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov at a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO commission in Brussels, UA reports.

According to him, the Russian side slows down the process of implementing the points reached in Paris in every way possible.

“Our goal is to form a comprehensive understanding of what is happening. After all, the Russian side is carrying out a rather aggressive campaign of misinformation. Ukraine has fulfilled all the obligations of the 2019 summit of the leaders of the Normandy Four in Paris. But Russia has not fulfilled anything and is trying to block consultations, resorting to blackmail and escalation” – Reznikov said.

He added that the main thing is that NATO has a clear understanding that Moscow is a participant in an international armed conflict, is responsible for its resolution and is not a “mediator”.
