President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that their meeting with Vladimir Putin will take place. In his opinion, “everything goes to this.” Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about this on April 26, at a briefing as part of a trip to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the correspondent of UATV informs.

The head of the Ukrainian state instructed the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, to organize a meeting with Putin.

“I have already given the task to the head of the OP, Andriy Yermak, so that he would contact the Administration of President Putin and they would find an understanding, a time frame, a place or a city where we can meet,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

He clarified that during the meeting “the main is the point and everything else is the details.”

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy rejected Vladimir Putin’s offer to hold talks with representatives of the occupation administrations of separate areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
