President Assigns Allowance for 11 Kremlin Prisoners
The funds will be paid for the duration of their detention and for one year after release

President Volodymyr Zelensky has allocated regular allowance payments named after Levko Lukianenko to Ukrainian political prisoners who are illegally detained in Russia. The decree was published on the website of the President.
An allowance at an amount of approximately $230 will be paid monthly during the term of illegal detention, as well as during the year after release.
Oleksii Bessarabov, Valentyn Vyhovskii, Pavlo Hryb, Volodymyr Dudka, Mykola Karpiuk, Stanislav Klykh, Oleksandr Kolchenko, Yevhenii Panov and Oleksii Syzonovych will receive this allowance.
In addition, Hennadii Afanasiiev and Yurii Yatsenko will receive the allowance for one year.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the allocation of this allowance named after Levko Lukianenko to 11 illegally detained Ukrainians.
