Russian Controlled Forces Violate Ceasefire 8 Times in Donbas Over Past Day
The enemy fired on Ukrainian positions with weapons banned by the Minsk agreements
Russian-backed militants violated the ceasefire regime eight times on Thursday (Dec. 12).
The enemy fired on Ukrainian positions with 82 and 120 mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, grenade launchers of various systems, large machine guns, and other small arms, the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters stated.
There were five attacks in the eastern conflict zone and three in the northern.
Russian-led forces attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Avdiivka, Pavlopil, Shyrokyne, Pivdenne, Krymske, and Novoluhanske.
No casualties among Joint Forces members were reported from the multiple attacks.
