Russian Occupation Forces Launch 24 Attacks Over Past Day in Donbas

Weapons banned by the Minsk Agreements were used nine times

The armed formations of the Russian Federation violated the ceasefire 24 times, using weapons banned under the Minsk agreements nine times, in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

“The enemy used 82mm and 120mm mortars, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, antitank missile systems, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms to launch attacks on Ukrainian defenders,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force ‘East’:

  • 82mm and 120mm mortar near Pavlopol (25km northwest of Mariupol);
  • 120mm mortars – outside Marinka (23km southwest of Donetsk);
  • 82mm mortars, antitank missile systems and mounted antitank grenade launchers – in the area of Mykolaivka (77km west of Luhansk);
  • 82mm mortars, automatic mounted grenade launchers and small arms – near Novotroitske (36km southwest of Donetsk);
  • Grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms – outside Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk);
  • Grenade launchers of different systems and small arms – near Novoselivka Druha (36km northeast of Mariupol);
  • Mounted antitank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns – in the area of Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol);
  • Mounted antitank grenade launchers and small arms – outside Talakivka (17km northeast of Mariupol);
  • Automatic mounted grenade launchers – in the area of Pisky (11km northwest of Donetsk);
  • Heavy machine guns and small arms – near Hnutove (20km northeast of Mariupol).

In the zone of action of tactical force ‘North’:

  • 82mm mortars near Zolote-4 (59km west of Luhansk);
  • 82mm mortars, automatic mounted grenade launchers and small arms – outside Pivdenne (40km northeast of Donetsk);
  • 82mm mortars – in the area of Novhorodske (35km north of Donetsk);
  • Weapons on infantry fighting vehicles and heavy machine guns – near Pishchane (22km north of Luhansk);
  • Small arms – outside Shchastia (20km north of Luhansk).

No casualties among Joint Forces members were reported.
