Slovenia to Work on New Projects in Ukraine

Hennadiy Zubko, of Ukraine’s housing and utilities department, said Ukrainian utilities will use Slovenian companies to work on new energy-efficiency projects and on modernizing municipal infrastructure.
The kinds of projects planned include rebuilding water-supply pump stations and waste treatment plants.
He said that the central European country plans to give Ukraine money for building a new solar power station in Zhytomyr.
Slovenia’s President, Borut Pahor, arrived in Ukraine Friday to discuss a range of topics, from economy to security.
