Israel returns a number of restrictions because of the Delta strain
In connection with the spread of the Delta coronavirus strain in Israel, officials decided to return some of the restrictions.
Starting July 21, only those who have a “green pass” will be allowed to attend mass events.
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz have announced the return of a green pass system for all events involving more than 100 people.
Previously, by the end of May, all citizens who had been vaccinated, as well as those who had recovered or had a negative test, had received a “green pass” in Israel. Those people got access to mass events, restaurants, gyms, etc.
