Swedish PM Visits Ukraine
Two of the main topics Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven will discuss with the Ukrainian side will be Russian aggression and Ukrainian domestic reforms
Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven will visit Kyiv today (Dec. 4) and meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, and representatives of Ukrainian civil society.
At 11:45 a.m., after meeting at Mariinsky Palace, Zelensky and Löfven will hold a press conference, the Office of the President stated.
The Swedish PM’s visit will be focused on Russian aggression against Ukraine, including Russia’s annexation of Crimea, the reform agenda in Ukraine and cooperation between Sweden and Ukraine in the field of reforms, bilateral trade, and relations between the EU and Ukraine.
