Poland insists on the introduction of new sanctions against Russia due to the accumulation of Russian troops to the border of Ukraine. This was announced by journalist Rikard Jozvyak on Twitter, informs UATV.
Warsaw’s position is supported by seven more EU member states.
“Poland insists on the introduction of new EU sanctions against Russia for undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine. So far, this country is supported by seven more EU member states,” the message says.
Jozvyak added that on April 15, the foreign ministers of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia are planning to visit the contact line in the Donbas.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that Russia could repeat the “Georgian” scenario of 2008 in Ukraine.
