NSDC introduced restrictions against 100 Ukrainians who are under US sanctions
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine imposed sanctions against 100 citizens. These people are under sanctions imposed by the US Treasury Department.
This was stated by secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Danylov, UA reports.
Sanctions were imposed at the previous meeting on 18 June.
Earlier it was reported that the Security Service of Ukraine will check 134 Ukrainian citizens who are under US sanctions. Among them is the Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who fell under the restrictive measures of the US Department of State.
“It has been established that out of 130 persons who fell under sanctions by the US Treasury, 127 are alive, 3 persons have, unfortunately, passed away. As for those 127: the National Security and Defense Council has imposed sanctions against 100 of them. As for the rest, we are now receiving additional information from our partners, but we do not rely on the materials, we can receive from partners, only. Our intelligence services are working good as well” – Danylov said.
