Ukrainian Soldier Killed, Another Wounded in Russian-Led Attacks
Russian-led forces violated their ceasefire with Ukraine 25 times on Sunday
On Sunday (Oct. 6), one Ukrainian soldier was killed and another wounded when the armed formations of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries violated the ceasefire 25 times in Donbas.
“The enemy used 82 mm mortars banned under the Minsk agreements, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of different systems, sniping weapons and small arms to launch attacks on positions of the Joint Forces,” Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operations stated.
In the eastern conflict zone, Russian-led forces attacked near Novotroitske, Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil, Avdiivka, Bohdanivka, Pyshchevyk, Novohnativka, Vodiane, Berezove, and Novomykhailivka.
In the northern conflict zone, the Russian hybrid forces attacked in the areas of Novoluhanske, Popasna, Zolote-4, Luhanske, Zolote, Zaitseve, Luhanske, and Novoluhanske.
Today, the Russian Federation and its mercenaries have opened fire using 82 mm mortars and small arms near Travneve.
