Ukraine Bans Russian Men From Entering
Russian men under 60 and above 16 will be banned from entering Ukraine to prevent the formation of "private armies"

During the meeting on measures in course of the implementation of Martial Law, headed by the President Petro Poroshenko, Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine Petro Tsyhykal reported that all measures regarding the imposition of Martial Law are brought into action, as stated in official press-release of President’s administration.
“The service is switched to the first level of full combat readiness. The border is protected by the robust security regime,” Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine informed.
Also, Petro Tsyhykal noted, that “Citizens of the Russian Federation aged from 16 to 60 years old are not allowed to pass, male persons”.
President Petro Poroshenko also said on Twitter that the ban was designed to prevent the formation of “private armies” in Ukraine.
