Ukrainian Team Takes 1st Place at Boxing Tournament
Kherson native Alexander Melenyuk was also recognized as the best boxer of the tournament

In Kherson, the Ukrainian national boxing team took first place at the International Boxing Tournament in Memory of Nikolai Manger.
The silver went to the Armenian team and Algeria took third place.
In total, 64 boxers from 10 countries competed. Teams from Australia, Hungary, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Senegal, and Israel also fought, the press service of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine.
Kherson native Alexander Melenyuk was recognized as the best boxer of the tournament. He took home a gold in the weight category up-to-64 kilograms.
